Anna Pontonutti

Anna was born and educated in Udine, Italy. After graduating she moved to London for a BA (Hons) Fine Art and Critical Studies Degree at St Martins School of Art.
In 1992 Anna started to visit Hastings where she now has a studio and lives. She has exhibited in England and Italy. Her recent exhibitions have been in Udine (Italy) and Hastings.
Her work revolves around two major themes, the female human figure and the sea. It is informed by the East Sussex south coast and by representations of women in European art. more.....
